Dr. Priya Gupta

University of Tel Aviv, Israel

Dr. Priya is from Gonda district Uttar Pradesh (India). She got schooled in her hometown Gonda; thereafter, she excelled at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in her graduate (BSc) and postgraduate (MSc) studies. She then on a Council of  Scientific and Industrial  Research Fellowship (CSIR-NET-JRF) moved to Jawahar Lal Nehru University (JNU) for his doctoral work which earned her a PhD degree in Life Sciences . After her doctoral work  in Life Sciences and a short stint at National Institute of  Plant Genomics and Research (NIPGR) New Delhi, she moved to Tel Aviv University, Israel as a post doctoral researcher. She, at present, works on the frontiers of life sciences.  However, she lost her father in early years of her schooling and yet remained courageous in taking care of her family and her career.

She is a self-made bright girl, and her philanthropy is inspired by her own journey.

Sufyan Naseem Ahmed Khan

University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA

Sufyan was born and brought up in Bombay; being a trained engineer, he is identifiable as technocrat by his attitude. He got schooled in Bhabha Atomic Energy School, Mumbai, since his father was an employee with Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Bombay. He received his graduate training at University of Bombay and did his undergraduate research work at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi at the Department of Electrical Engineering. After identify his love (Non-von Neuman architecture of computers) he moved to University of Wisconsin-Madison USA for his MS degree. He has been an intern at Facebook, California, USA.

Sufyan being a friend of even a foe, enjoys adventure and philanthropy.

Dr. Rajendra Prasad Shukla

University of Twente, The Netherlands

Dr. Rajendra is a leading young researcher based at  BIOS Lab-on-a-chip group, MESA+ Institute of Nanotechnology, University of Twente, Enschede, Netherlands. He has been schooled in Government primary school and an Inter college near by his home. His story is inspiring and popular one in his area. He was a bright student right from the school, that is perhaps why, the economic condition of his family and the odds could not stop him from excelling in studies. He received his bachelor degree in engineering  from Agra college Agra ,Uttar Pradesh and then did a master (M.Tech.) from Birla Institute of Technology Hyderabad and has been  an intern at IIT Bombay. After, having his graduate studies finished he worked with Samsung Research in South Korea. However, he embarked back again at Ben-Gurion University Israel for his PhD degree in Biomedical engineering which he finished in three years. Since then, he is working on joint project of European Union being saddled at University of Twente, The Netherlands.

He is a man with special loves toward  Indian villages, and his philanthropy is inspired by his own experience.

Dr. Ashish Verma

University of Memphis, USA

Dr. Ashish is researcher based at University of Memphis, USA. He did graduate work (BSc & MSc Degrees)  at Kanpur University. After  taking  getting selected for University Grant Commission fellowship, he joined  Department of Chemistry Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur for his doctoral (PhD) work. After finishing his PhD, he moved on to University of Memphis, USA for his post-doctoral work. He did his schooling in Government schools of rural areas.

He enjoys travelling and do philanthropy in his leisure time.
